Well, it seems as though many people who are in business think they know what good design is and they intend to make it known to the rest of us when we visit their web site or get a business card.
Its true that in one persons eye something may not look right, and to another it looks perfectly fine.
Problem is, that one of those people who do not think it looks right could have been a potential client!
That is where it can cost you, in the clients that you have lost.

Although I would personally love to help, and of course I would like to get new business, but more important than that, you should get your own information about what good and bad design is and how it works for you and not against you and your company.
